1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player," "User," or "you") and goerya (hereinafter "goerya," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at goerya.net.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the goerya platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and support services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with goerya's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the goerya platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting goerya customer support.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the goerya website, mobile site, applications, and all related services operated by goerya.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the goerya Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their goerya Account wallet using an accepted payment method, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or equivalent incentives awarded to a Player's Account subject to applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity verification process goerya conducts in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection regulations.
• "Prohibited Player" means any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 3, or who is otherwise barred from using the Platform under these Terms or applicable law.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, trade names, logos, service marks, copyrights, database rights, software, design rights, and any other proprietary rights owned by or licensed to goerya.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the goerya Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with the minimum age requirement for casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful for you to participate in.
3. You are not a Prohibited Player as defined in these Terms.
4. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the goerya Platform or any other gaming platform operated by goerya's affiliate entities.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating an Account on behalf of a third party.

goerya employs age verification and identity checks as part of its KYC process. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended. Any Real Money Balance in such an Account will be returned to the originating payment method; any winnings accrued will be forfeited in full. goerya reserves the right to request proof of age at any time during the lifecycle of an Account.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration. To use the real-money features of the goerya Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of it changes.

4.2 One Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on goerya. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of multiple Accounts, goerya will close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Balances across all such Accounts, and may withhold withdrawals pending a full investigation.

4.3 KYC Verification. goerya is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and at various other trigger points in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, driver's licence, or voter's ID);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• A photograph of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., front of GCash-linked mobile number screenshot, or partial bank card image);
• A selfie holding the submitted ID, or a live video verification as requested by the goerya compliance team.

4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to notify goerya immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. goerya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. goerya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. goerya reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

5.2 Currency. All transactions on the goerya Platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). goerya does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required on the Player's side is the Player's sole responsibility and cost.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. goerya does not impose a maximum deposit limit by default, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. For fully verified Accounts, goerya targets the following processing timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) within two (2) to twenty-four (24) business hours. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; delays may occur during periods of high volume or for compliance review.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. goerya reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the Account. goerya will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5.6 Inactive Account Fees. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. goerya may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 to dormant Accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will receive email notification prior to dormancy fees being applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General. goerya offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion; failure to meet requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and certain other categories may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates for each promotion will be listed in the promotion's individual terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. goerya actively monitors betting patterns to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance; exploiting errors in bonus crediting; using bonuses on restricted games; or creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times. goerya reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

7.1 Random Number Generation. All games on the goerya Platform that involve random outcomes — including slots, virtual table games, and number-draw games such as bingo — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). goerya's RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories to ensure genuine randomness and statistical fairness.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is available for review within the game's information panel or help section. RTP figures are calculated over millions of game rounds and represent a long-term statistical average, not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

7.3 Live Casino. Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studio facilities. These games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, as communicated by the live dealer at the start of each game round. In the event of a streaming interruption or technical failure during a live game round, goerya will apply its voided round policy as described in the game-specific rules.

7.4 Disputed Game Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with goerya support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round. goerya will investigate using server-side game logs, which are the authoritative record of all game outcomes. If goerya's logs confirm an error that disadvantaged you, your Account will be credited with the correct amount. The decision of goerya's compliance team following investigation is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the goerya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC process;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage over goerya or other players;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any other technology that interacts with the Platform without human input;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format;
• Engaging in any form of fraud against goerya, including chargeback fraud via payment providers;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards goerya staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account or goerya's back-end systems without authorisation;
• Reproducing, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any part of goerya's Platform or Intellectual Property without prior written consent.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, design elements, game assets, and other Intellectual Property on the goerya Platform are owned by or licensed to goerya and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use goerya's Intellectual Property for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any part of the goerya Platform or its content without the prior express written consent of goerya.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, goerya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if goerya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2 goerya's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

10.3 goerya shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) interruptions to the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; (b) network outages or telecommunications failures beyond goerya's reasonable control; (c) your failure to comply with these Terms; (d) any action taken by goerya in good faith in accordance with its compliance and responsible gaming obligations.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

goerya is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. The Platform is strictly intended for adult entertainment only and is not suitable for persons who are under the age of 21, have a gambling problem, or are in financial difficulty.

goerya provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible from the Account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, and monthly PHP deposit limits on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying the time elapsed and your net gaming balance for the session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the goerya Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months and cannot be reversed by goerya staff within that period. Any Real Money Balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the originating payment method.

12 Account Closure & Termination

12.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your goerya Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within five (5) business days of account closure confirmation.

12.2 Termination by goerya. goerya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the Player has violated these Terms; the Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; goerya is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; or continued operation of the Account would expose goerya or other Players to unacceptable risk.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure or termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. goerya's rights and obligations regarding data retention, investigation of suspected breaches, and recovery of funds owed survive Account closure.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. goerya is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently.

13.1 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or relating to the goerya Platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact goerya's customer support team at [email protected] and allow goerya a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally before initiating any formal proceedings.

13.2 Complaint Process. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to goerya's compliance team. goerya will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within two (2) business days and will provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days. Complex matters may require additional time, in which case goerya will notify you of the expected timeline.

13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a competent court or authority, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

14 Amendments

goerya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the goerya Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the goerya Platform after any amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

The date at the top of this document ("Last Updated") indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
